My Favorite Essential Oils

Hello there! So I thought it would be interesting to share the oils I incorporate in my beauty routine. I use three oils almost everyday. I started using oils a few months ago, and so far I really enjoy the three that I have! Keep reading to find out more about my three essential oils!

Organic Castor Oil
The oil I use everyday is Castor Oil which helps promote hair growth! I mainly use this on my eyebrows and eyelashes. All I do is dip a q tip into the bottle and apply it to those areas. I have pretty sparse brows so I'm trying to grow them out and let's just say it's quite the process but the castor oil has definitely been helping a lot! I recently cut my hair short to get rid of my dry ends so I'm trying to grow it out to be long and healthy again.
The description on the bottle states "it is loaded with anti-oxidants, essential fatty acids and vitamins including vitamin e, making it a powerful anti-aging agent. It improves blood circulation to the skin, increasing hair growth and restoring a youthful radiant glow to your skin. / Uses: soothes sunburns, softens and hydrates skin, fades scars and stretch marks, prevents hair loss, and thickens hair and eyelashes."
I definitely want to try it out on scars and stretch marks. It's a versatile oil so that's awesome to have!

The second oil I use almost everyday or every other day is Vitamin E oil. I mainly got this because I read on Pinterest that it helps diminish dark spots! I have a few dark spots on my face from acne and a few on my back as well. I have been noticing my skin has been looking clearer and the spots are fading. You can also use this as a moisturizer and feels nice on the skin.

The last oil I have is coconut oil! Coconut oil is pretty versatile as well but I mainly use it as a hair mask. I'll use this once a week (if I remember because I tend to forget or lose track of time) for about 30 mins to an hour depending on what time it is. After I rinse it off my hair feels so much more moisturized and healthier. I've also used this as a makeup remover but since my skin is oily, I didn't really like it for that purpose.

I would just go to your local Trader Joe's to purchase the Vitamin E Oil and Coconut oil in store rather than on Amazon because they cost a good penny on there for some reason. But I did purchase the Castor Oil on Amazon and the bottle is a big size.

So those are the three oils that I incorporate in my beauty routine. If you guys have any other oils that I should try out, let me know! I'm always up for trying new natural products. I hope you all found this helpful and inspired you all to incorporate some oils into your routines.

Thank you so much for reading!
