Some Self-Care Tips


Self-care is one of those things that many overlook but it's so so important for everyone to do something for their own well being! These are a few things that I love to do and make me feel better physically and mentally and you can do them too.


• Apply castor oil to your lashes and brows before bed. It’s filled with nutrients that make your hair thicker, longer, and stronger.
• Never base your intelligence, self-worth, or beauty based on what others and the media say.
• Eat at least one fruit or vegetable a day.
• Do your night care routine before you lay in bed.
• Exfoliate your skin at least once or twice a week.
• Create a feel-good playlist.
• Drink green tea once a day. It is one of the healthiest beverages in the world besides water as it improves your overall health.
• Witch hazel is great for toning the skin.
• Cleaning your room will make you feel a little more put together.
• Put your phone down and read a book.
• Make time for the people and things that you love.
• Stop dwelling and overthinking.
• Treat yourself to a day dedicated to pampering yourself right at home.
• Pick your arguments carefully. Not everything needs a reaction.
• Clean your makeup brushes and your phone screen often.
• You’ll never grow if you’re stuck in the past.
• All you can do is learn your lesson. There’s no point in wishing you had done it differently.
• Stop comparing yourself, just do better.
• Do research before speaking on a subject. We could use less ignorance in the world.
• Work out as it'll make you feel and look better.
• Get a hobby.
• Don’t be discouraged by someone else’s success. We all succeed at our own pace.
• Save your money for experiences rather than materialistic things.
• Don’t complain if you aren’t going to do anything to make the situation better.
• Go to bed by 10pm. You'll feel rejuvenated in the morning.
• Always try to better yourself mentally and physically, your primary goal should be your health and happiness.
